Shipping & Returns
Discount Amber aims to provide you with a secure and trustworthy shopping experience. To prevent credit and debit card fraud, we use WorldPay payment, identity and address check processes to ensure authenticity of the orders we receive through our website. Please read the following Shipping and Returns terms and conditions to help you understand our processes. If you have any concerns or further questions regarding the following, either before or after you have placed an order with us, please contact our Customer Services on the Contact Us page or email info@discountamber.com as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to deal with your enquiries.

Shipping Address
In an effort to combat online fraud, Discount Amber ships only to the card holder's address for the first order you place with us.

Order Confirmation
Discount Amber will email an order confirmation once an order is received and paid for. You will also be able to view and check the orders you place with us in My Account section of the website.

Availability and Delivery
We offer free postage and packing on all orders over the value of £100 including VAT on one transaction. For any single orders below the total value of £100, there will be postage and packing charge of:

£3.00 for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, for any number of items within the order to mainland UK
£6.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery, including insurance for any number of items within the order to mainland UK
£10.00 Royal Mail Europe Signed For Delivery, for any number of items within the order to any member state of the European Union


If the items you ordered are available in stock, you should normally receive them within two to five working days for UK mainland deliveries and three to ten working days for deliveries to a member state of the European Union.

Our stock availability changes on daily basis and as such it occasionally happens that an item would take longer to send than stated. In these circumstances, we will email you within one working day of the order being placed, to advise you of the extra day(s) required before the item(s) can be sent. We appreciate that many items are bought as gifts and are needed on a specific day, so we are diligent in keeping our customers up-to-date and allowing them to cancel any orders before they are sent.

Order Cancellation
The shopping cart allows for easy removal of items before the checkout process is completed. In the event that you have paid for an order and then wish to cancel, you should contact Discount Amber as soon as possible. We will cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

Order Status
You can check and track the status of your orders at any time by logging on to your online account and pressing My Orders link. You can also contact Discount Amber Customer Services on the Contact Us page, or by emailing info@discountamber.com

Returning an Order
If you have received your order and are unhappy with the items you have received, you may return them for a refund, subject to our Terms & Conditions within 14 days of their receipt.

All items, except earrings and personalised items, can be returned to Discount Amber as long as the item is still in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, and email you to let you know.

If you would like to return an item, you must first contact us by email or by browsing to our Contact Us page. We shall then issue you a Returns Authorisation Number with which you can return the goods. Discount Amber shall not be liable for the cost of returns or the safety of .products on their return journey to our premises.
