Payment
All orders must be paid for using accepted payment methods and no contract will be formed in contravention of this. Discount Amber reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time and refund the money paid in respect thereof.
Contract Formation
No contract will be formed between you and Discount Amber for the sale of any items until payment is completed. Payment will be deemed complete on either a confirmation email from the website’s Card Payment Processor to both you and Discount Amber, or at such time as Discount Amber indicates via email that your payment has been cleared by Discount Amber’s bank. Any email confirmation as detailed in this section, whether from Discount Amber or payment clearance associates, will be deemed complete and to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the confirmation email is sent, regardless of whether or not the email is received. Any contract can be cancelled by Discount Amber at any time at their sole discretion and all moneys paid in respect thereof will be refunded.
Availability of items
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. By placing an order on this website, you agree that some or all of the items in your order may not be available for dispatch and Discount Amber reserves the right to refund any payments you have made without prior notice and consider the order cancelled.
Specifications and Descriptions
All weights and measures are approximate. Images may be enhanced, enlarged or otherwise modified. Descriptions are compiled by reference to information available at the time of listing. Discount Amber shall incur no liability for inaccuracies in this respect but shall endeavor to refund or replace any item proven within 6 months of purchase by an independent registered gemologist report to be incorrectly described to a significant extent. Discount Amber shall be the sole judge of "significant" in this respect.
Returns
Items may be returned in their original condition to Discount Amber, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund less any postage and packaging costs and/or gifts wrapping costs paid by the customer. Whether item(s) are returned in "original condition" is to be decided solely by Discount Amber and this will include any supplied packaging.
If item(s) are returned without their original packaging, or without being adequately packaged or in any other such way as to make them liable to being damaged in the post, AND Discount Amber deems that such damage has occurred, such item(s) will be deemed to have not been returned in their original condition and Discount Amber can refuse any refund.
Receipt of the item(s) is deemed to be the date on which Royal Mail or other carrier used says that they delivered the item.
Personalised items and pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene mattters. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Customs, duties and taxes
All duties, taxes and any other payments whatsoever incurred in relation to the importation of goods from Discount Amber to another country will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

Discount Amber owns all copyright and related intellectual property rights in and relating to the website unless otherwise agreed or specified. An individual page may be downloaded for private, non-commercial and personal use for the purpose of placing an order with Discount Amber or using this website as a shopping resource.
